In math we are looking at area. We are looking at the area of rectangles, squares, triangles, and irregular shapes. Before we did area we were doing perimeter. A perimeter is the measurement around 2-d a shape. Area is the inside of a 2-d shape. Today we studied volume. Volume is the inside of a 3-d shape. We only started today, so I don’t know much about volume. Math is my one of my favorite subjects, so I know a lot about math. I can’t wait to learn more about math this year, and the next year and the years after that!
